Dice roll input sanitization

Check diceroller need for pure plaintext. It's fairly easy to accidentally paste in non-plaintext (e.g. colored text) and get an error. I believe that even the user guide uses formatted text so copying from there will not work all the time.

If this is going to take some time before there's a fix, I can remove the formatting from the dice strings in the guide. I bolded them there to make them easy to find. Just say the word, @Eric. 😄

Should be resolved now.

If I hit backspace in the CLI to clear the text entry field completely (the second case), the highlighting disappears, and the syntax no longer works.

I can't reproduce your second screenshot. How did you make it? What OS/browser?

I see the above when I switch back to default theme. If I type roll:1d20+3 in the above it works as expected. If I hit backspace and clear the strange "1   " text I get

I can also do the same thing on chrome. I guess the "one" is something related to the dice formatting, but it can be deleted by the user as its part of the input field?

This should also be fixed now, along with a previously undiscovered bug in cut (ctrl-x) handling.
