It looks like you may have figured it out, but I'll post the answer in case anyone else comes across this question (and potentially to @Butchern for the GM section of the user guide). Advertisements pull from your game settings, and display on the Overview tab of the game itself. You can update the information by selecting Edit Game Settings from the Manage Game dropdown: Three fields will display directly on the advertisements list: Game System Advertising About This Game Clicking on the About This Game text will bring up a dialog showing the Detailed Description field (if filled in), falling back to the About This Game field if Detailed Description is empty: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

On the home page, it's top dead center of the content area: The text "Game Advertisements" links to the whole list of advertising games.
