Christopher Jones

Christopher grew up in Hampton, London. His parents rich and his father an established and well respected arts collector and dealer, he had a very privileged childhood. He went to King's College School, was surrounded by precious works of art and every luxury money could buy. He had an easy time, some might thing. Well, he certainly could have, but as much as he appreciated not being poor - the life as his parents had laid out for him quickly grew dull and boring.

While he kept the facade of a nice, polite and righteous boy and later young man, he started a double life in his early childhood. Given his father's social standing, he was exposed to London's richest residents, and he preyed on them - picking their pockets. He carefully picked the "normal" luxury, and even if they realised something went missing at all, they'd rather account it to loosing than to come to think they had pick pockets in their ranks.

When this became dull and boring as well, he started to target art. Being his father's son, he had a very profound understanding of worth and saleability. More than once had he been only seconds or yards from being caught, but he was lucky - until his last job of this kind. Close to their home, in Hampton, lived a man. He was fabulously rich and similarly crotchety - cultivating the customs of past centuries as it seemed. When Christopher delivered a fine piece of art for his father, he had a glimpse at the collection. He counted at least fifteen works from great artists that where not even known to the public.

He decided he had to take his chances, as far as he had seen, there wasn't the slightest security in place. But, ..., what he hadn't known was why there was no security in place. Why this wasn't necessary. Sir Gregorius of Hampton was waiting for him. Christopher was lucky that Gregorius was taking excellence over righteousness, at least if it came paired with a touch of elegance.

He took him as a servant, made him a Ghoul, and groomed him for embrace and now sent him to establish himself in Savanna.
