Blue Scarab Adventuring Company History

Several months ago, Pharaoh Khemet III announced that the necropolis of Wati would be open to exploration Wati History.    The exploration would not be a free for all.     Exploration and adventuring companies would need apply for the right to explore the necropolis.    Accepted companies would be assigned research sites.   Once a company completed a site, they could be assigned another one.

The Blue Scarabs is one of these companies.   A little over a week ago,  the Necropolis was opened 

Their first assigned site was a small tomb.   The group spent a couple of days exploring and overcoming  challenges such as puzzles, traps, constructs and undead.

The second site was an estate of a long forgotten merchant family.   Again they spent a couple days working on this site.  They explored two floors of the estate, and the family crypt.   This location had some undead and traps, but it is most challenging threats were the group of Divs that had been living on the second floor.

Third assignment was a temple of Nethys called Sanctum of the Erudite Eye.   After completing their first assignment,  the Scorched Hand company ( Adventuring Companies) had been asking around about this temple.    However the Blue Scarabs have not interacted with the Scorched Hands since that time. 

While heading to the temple,  the Scarabs were ambushed by a street gang.   Regular people are not allowed into the Necropolis so it is very strange for a street gang to sneak into the area.... After overcoming the ambushers,   the company arrives at the temple.    The notice undead jackals stationed inside the first chamber.   Most of the Blue Scarabs decide to retire at this point, and Anhotep recruits a new crew.

During one intense day the Company explores the temple. During the exploration, they discover a secret room that once contained a headress or helmet that radiated massive amounts of necromatic magic. Also they have run in with the Scorched Hand company. The Scorched Hands tried to jump the Blue Scarab's claim. After one dead and two captured, the Scorched Hand company no longer exists.
