Black. It’s simple and doesn't strain the eye

Mundane Form

Standing at 6’1, which is impressive for a 15-year-old, she has a rather slender build that is hard to notice under the grey hoodie and worn jeans she constantly wears. Her mouth is hidden by a facemask, leaving only her purple eyes visible. She wears a constant face of ennui, and usually ties her long black hair into a ponytail.

Personality

Anna tends to have a rather jaded attitude, much to her interlocutor’s frustration. This got her in a few problems, the biggest one being when she got robbed by some school thugs and didn’t care about their threats in the slightest. She won the ensuing fight, calling it “a waste of time”. She still gets the stink eye from these three, not that she cares.
In her magical form, however, her emotions tend to flare up and be more active. All of them, bottled up anger included. Unfortunately for her, her social skills don’t pick up quite as much, which led her to alienating herself from a lot of Scions she came across.
She doesn’t enjoy company, except from Promethea and Valeria, two other Scions, also known as “Daedalus” and “La Mariachi loca” respectively. Neither of them mind their nicknames, Valeria sometimes giggling a bit whenever she uses hers. She’s also sparring partner with another Scion, named Xiao. So far, it’s 14-6 in Xiao’s favor.
As for her past, she doesn’t talk much about it. She’ll gladly talk about her many Rampant encounters but considers the rest of her life uninteresting. She shuts down whenever a certain Lisbeth is mentioned, however.

Magical Form

Her magical form went through several alterations, but the current one consists of an open black trench coat over a set of grey bandages covering her whole body. She wears a pair of black gloves too, and her boots seem covered in silvery motes of energy. Her most distinctive feature is the black mask with three white holes covering her whole face.

Why did the Moochee pick you

She got picked more out of obligation than choice, the originally picked human running away from a Rampant rather than fighting it, unlike her. She was pleasantly surprised that the pipe she picked up turned into a sword mid-swing. She was less enthusiast about the outfit change, and had it turned in an armour first chance she got. Cirro and her were on friendly, casual terms, although the recent attempts from the Moochee to get her into a squad of Scion are starting to get on her nerves. Cirro, while recognising that she can handle herself, doesn’t like her insistence on going solo, and even less her sister’s attempts at capturing them.

Goals

She wants to get over school and kill any Rampants she comes across. She tries to make sure other Scions don't get hurt, although she's bad at both expressing and doing that. She's also obsessed with finding a way to bring back a soul lost in the Dream Realm, though she never talks about that.

Complications

Duty (Motivation): Anna's doesn't like being a Scion, and feels like it brought her as many problems as good times. Still, she has one job, and she'll see it to the end, even if it kills her.
Elenia: Her 13 year old energetic sister also has Aurora Syndrome, and is investigating her sister's new escapades. Despite Anna's efforts to hide her Scionship, she's very close to finding it out. If only she could catch that winged cat she saw yesterday, it knows something for sure! No one can hide from the Brilliant Knight's watchful eyes!
Lone Scion: Anna has always worked alone, and has a hard time getting along with people. As such, she isn't very good at teamwork, straight up ditching people if she thinks she can do it solo.
Regrets: One mission went wrong, and she blames herself for what happened. When things get tough for or she's too lost in her thoughts, it gnaws at her. Maybe that's why she's thankful for Valeria's aggressive enthusiasm.
Bad Rep: Anna has a reputation at school of being weird and a problem magnet.

Shadow-walk Concealment (All visual and auditory, Blending, Passive) [3]
A technique she has managed to master, and one she's very fond of. She covers herself in a shroud of magical darkness, making her invisible to anyone who doesn't possesses specific magical sight. To those who can see her, she appears like a foggy shape of black, with only the three glowing holes of her mask really visible. As an added side-effect she judged good both for Rampant hunting and down-time mischief is that the smoke absorbs any sound she makes. Unfortunately, she can't use it while hitting something, meaning an aware opponent can counter her "blinking"


Arsenal 27 points Array, 8 alternatives (Activation: Move) [34]
Anna’s main power is the vast array of weapons she can conjure. Each of them has a place in her fighting style, and their own way of damaging Rampants. Her versatility almost guarantees that she always has the answer to any situation, making her a dangerousopponent. She gathers her energy in the shape of a weapon and can dispel it instantly.

Arsenal

Great blade Damage 11 (Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable, Multi-attack, Reach, Variable Descriptor)
An almost comically massive greatsword, it’s Anna’s favoured weapon. Despite seemingly weighing several tons, she has no problem wielding it, slashing at speeds that shouldn’t be possible. According to Valeria, she can alter the mass of her weapons.

Freischütz Damage 8 (Perception, Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable)
A long musket-like rifle, with small yet detailed engravings on the bands. She found a way to rip small tears into space whenever she fires it. The bullet goes in before coming out of another tear near the target. This trick means she had to skimp out on the power of the bullets, but at least they always hit their mark.

Revolvers Damage 7 (Multi-attack, Affects Insubstantial 2, Accurate 2, Homing, Incurable)
A pair of black revolvers, which have eight round chambers, despite looking like they have six. Whereas her musket is built around precise, methodical shots, these are built around swarming the enemy with a hail of bullets. Not to mention, she can exert control on some of them, making them change trajectory mid-air.

Shattering Cestuses Weaken Toughness 12 (Resisted by Fortitude, Affects Insubstantial 2, Affects Objects, Incurable)
Made from as assemly of cubic, opaque black crystals, these gauntlets ooze some acidic substance. Instead of damaging an opponent, they chew through its armour with corrosive acid. Their size makes them slightly clunky to use, however.

Silver Edge Damage 11 (Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable) Linked with Enhanced Parry 7 and Enhanced Dodge 6
A long katana, born from her inside weebiness. It improves Anna’s reflexes while making her leave after-images wherever she goes. Not only is it flashy, but it also creates a lot of visual clutter that makes it hard for an enemy to determine where she is.

Lance Speed-based Damage (Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable, Penetrating 13) Linked to Affliction 12 (Dazed/Prone, Limited degree, Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable) and Immunity 2 (Self damage from Slam attacks)
A long lance, which she holds in one hand. She uses it whenever she charges an enemy for a brutal first impact. On the tip is a sort of magical explosive charge that detonates, knocking the enemy back.

Swords Affliction 11 (Resisted by Fortitude, Vulnerable/Defenseless, Affects Insubstantial 2, Cumulative, Limited Degree) Linked with Damage 11 (Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable)
A pair of glinting shortswords, which she can use to rain several quick blows, poking and prodding at an opponent's defense before hitting at a newly-exposed weakness.

Maces Damage 11 (Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable) Linked to Affliction 11 (Dazed/Stun, Cumulative, Limited Degree, Affects Insubstantial 2)
A pair of balanced maces that can be used without overburden. The power they carry with each swing make them taxing to endure, and she can make lots of them.

Hammer Burst Damage 11 (Affects Insubstantial 2, Incurable)
A massive sledgehammer, most of the magic is concentrated in the head, and is released on every blow, exploding while leaving her unharmed.

Outfit Heroic Form (Move action) [44]
Her outfit isn't as flashy as some other ones, and she's not very durable. What she lacks in protection, she makes it with sheer mobility and some more esoteric tricks

Second skin Speed 12, Leaping 4, Movement (Sure-footed 2, Trackless), Enhanced Agility 3 [28]
Her outfit responds and enhances her movements instantly, granting her incredible speed and mobility. The boots let her walk through environments without leaving any trace, helping her lay down ambushes

Hunter's Mask Sense 10 (Magic: Accurate, Awareness, Danger sense, Detect, Tracking; Visual: Darkvision, Extended) (Feature [+2 to Perception]) [11]
A mask covering her entire face that seems to be made of black wood. It has three white holes arranged in a triangle shape. They allow her to spot targets from further away and see magical currents, before tracing them back to whoever created them. It also lets her detect masses of magic, like Rampants or Scions.

Spell Fabric Reflect 12 (Deflect, Reduced Range, Limited to Magic) [6]
While it isn’t very protective, her outfit’s fabric can be activated to reflect magical attacks back to their sender. This requires special timing however, and so she must focus on incoming attacks rather than be on the offensive.

The Moochee

They're a white cat with black spots, a pair of bird wings and a third eye on their forehead called Cirro. They're pretty cordial, although a bit out of touch with the human world. Recently they've been trying to get her to work with other Scions, which she refuses for personal reasons. Usually they trick her into it by not mentioning the presence of other Scions in whatever assignement they give her
