About This Game

Enter the megadungeon! Evil stirs in the depths of the Abomination Vaults, a sprawling dungeon where the evil sorcerer Belcorra Haruvex attempted to raise an army of monsters hundreds of years ago. Brave heroes must venture into a dungeon full of beasts and traps to prevent a spiteful villain from rising again. The Abomination Vaults Adventure Path is a three-part series of connected adventures that comprise a complete Pathfinder campaign.

  4. Good plan Tom / Rok. Yes - Mic justs wants to be more like Zum. As do all. Ah Ancestry Paragon. I wish more GMs did that also. None are just crazy good. and several are interesting but not as good as others more likely to take when get them much less frequently
  5. So 30 minute break to heal up? Rok will apply LoH on himself and Zum, and then refocus.

  7. Added Glitterdust and Acid Arrow to the spellbook. Selected Streetwise and Cooperative Nature for the feats. Arcana upgraded to Expert.

  9. Two of the character classes in this party have not been Remastered yet, so I was planning on waiting for the release of Player Core 2 before adopting the Remaster rules. I am a subscriber, so I get the PDF as soon as the books start to ship. However, I am quite willing to wait until Archives of Nethys updates with the rules, for those who prefer to save the money. Some of the rules might change before that. For instance, one of the monsters that shows up a lot in the future of this module has had a pretty drastic change in its abilities. I kind of like the new way things are done for that creature, plus in the not too distant future, Remaster will be the only Pathfinder rules set with regards to published material. So, if you encounter one of them in the next couple of months, I might go with the new Monster Core version. Unless you guys prefer that I not do this.
  10. Are we using the remastered versions? I just noticed Stonecunning is now Stonemason's Eye, with a change giving the character training in Crafting.
  11. Okay, I guess I still need a boost and an ancestry feat! I also wrote a "leveling" reminder on my sheet so I don't forget next time.
  12. This campaign is using the following variant rules: , , and . I neglected to add those to the list of special campaign rules. This will be corrected soon! Also, to be clear about the list of rooms (Pantry, Shrine of the Ghost Queen, Processional, and Workshop), those are the names of four rooms you blitzed your way through, but did not spend any time exploring/examining. If one of the names is appealing, mention it and I will move your token to the appropriate room. In the Spoiler box for each room is the "read aloud" description for each of the rooms, and lists of relevant checks.
  13. Hah, you took the same feat and got the same class ability (Deny Advantage) as Zum. And now you can heal like him too. What are you trying to tell me? How do you get a con bump?

  15. Fleet Feat / Feet. Deny Advantage Class Ability (not Flat Footed when Flanked, or from Hidden or Undetected or Sneak Attack - from foes my level or lower. Though they can set up Flanking for those Higher level than me.). Ability bump to Con. And ... my apologies for not doing so sooner. My affinity for Clerics and Paladins of yesteryear caused me to irrationally overlook, undervalue Heal Skill for Treat Wounds. Skill Focus Heal to Expert. Skill Feat Battle Medicine. Will Post him asking for some teaching from allies in addition to what he's learned bia observation. Then begin his Medicinal "Practice" And update Sheet. (Changes made in just Pathfinder 2e at the moment)
  16. Wait.... "Rok is leveled." Seeing him and Zum showing as Level 3 Reading back for GM posts here and in Game Seeing that i managed to miss the 2nd part of: Combat is over! You are now level three! Yyyyyeesss!!! !! :) !!

Used: Zum goes to grab the body of the morlock warlock and drags it back to this room, then proceeds to search it and the others.
  18. Rok has been leveled now. He can now heal 12 HP per application of Lay of Hands. 29/49 HP at the moment, so I suggest stopping for at least 20 minutes to both heal him to 41/49 and then refocus. Anyone else missing a significant chunk of HP? I think our glorious GM has hinted that we should approach every potential encounter with full or almost full HP...

  20. How is everyone doing, health wise. In game, I mean, though if there are out of game health concerns.... personally I have a hernia operation (day surgery) coming in June.
