I would expect some concentration roll to be required, but the worst case is 20 + spell level (3 in this case) I think, and Luohn already has 10 CL + 10 from Int, and rolled 4 on his Prescience roll, so it is assured to succeed, barring a mistake from my end. So, everyone now probably has got Haste to help with their Reflex saves, moving, and attacking.

I have at last updated Luohn to level 10, if you want to check it. Of note, I have taken the liberty to retcon the use of his . I somehow had forgotten that Samsaran got one too for Arcanists. All in all, it means it loses 1hp at this level up instead of gaining anything, but he gains an extra Feat (Heighten Spell) instead. If you are uncomfortable with that, I will of course revert back to the previous status. Sorry for the trouble.
