  1. Doc almost stopped walking. He slows down, and gives Greeda a curious look. "Wow Gree. That... That is a very mature and practical way to look at it. You sure you aren't just a horny earthpony?" He has to laugh a little at his own dumb joke. "But yeah, we can't be picky. And maybe with a couple innocent mutants under the same roof, Granny might figure out she's on the wrong side before it's too late." At the junkyard house, Doc waves a wing to the young mare picking parts. He keeps his distance, just in case she's shy. "Hi there! You wouldn't happen to be that lucky young mare Prosperity brought here to town, would you? I'm Doc, I'm Prosperity's ex, though we're still friends. This is Greeda, my companion on our quest. I wondered if you know where Prospi went off to? She was probably accompanied with a red unicorn, Red Shield. A bit grumpy sort of lady? I understand if she's not coming back for a while, I just wanted to make sure she was okay."
  2. Well, we are kinda murder hobos in the sense that we have killed some people and we don't have a home at the moment. ^^
  3. "Pfft, my ex couldn't stop me if she were twice Greeda's size," Doc comments, though not loudly. He doesn't say anything about the smell in that office. He waves goodbye to Zizani, and as they exit the clinic, Doc answers Greeda. "Yeah. I rather not subject Clover to the ideas from a mare intent on genocide. I just don't know where we can find some allies to help your brother defend his kin... or make a ship-ton of money to hire an army." Doc goes looking for where Apogee and Perigee live. He wanted to ask some questions, and meet this teenaged filly Prospi left behind. That seems weird. Not necessarily a bad thing; Prospi probably found a stray and brought her to town, like how doc brought Clover and Gazer. He'll have to check on them too after he finds these two mares Prosperity is working with.
  4. Gale hits the pony on Deepwood again. The ganger is starting to look weak from the shots, but he keeps going, thinking he could beat the batpony intruder. Speaking of batponies, the mare bat ganger flies up and around. She spots Gale and shoots, but misses what should have been a fair shot. Perhaps Gale's luck is still hanging on? Pixel's sword misses! The pegasus, sensing imminent death by a child right out of the Shining, pulls up into the air. He tries to lose Pixel, but his acrobatics needs a lot of work-- He almost clips into a building, and while he steadies himself, can still be followed by Pixel if she wishes. He has to come down in range at some point, right? The pegasus flies back towards the compound. Deepwood swoops away from the ganger he was fighting. That ganger takes an attack of opportunity, but misses and instead shouts curses. Deep lands behind Inca and swings, but she starts moving and his attack also misses. However, she doesn't see Deepwood as she runs back towards the main building to get back inside for cover. On her run, she manages to score another shot against Zee, hitting the zebra for damage: Shotgun damage Zee seems to try and shrug it off, shooting back in an attempt to stop Inca from getting to cover. Zee's shot Damage if hits Terrabit manages to be in the right spot at the right time, nailing Inca with a perfect shot. The gang leader shouts out pained curses as there's not a small hole in her jacket (and in her). The batpone ganger is in the air hunting Gale. The pegasus Pixel was chasing will arrive in 1 round to the front entrance. The ganger that was fighting Deepwood is running for the stairs down. One more ganger is on the ground level by the slave shack and contemplating their life choices. They're using the building as cover and observing for now.
  5. Hunting for a pegasus. Perceptions Acrobatics check Acrobat Did you hear that? Must be the wind Run and gun! Shooty
  6. LOL, freedom from tyranny never tasted so good. Ba da da de dahh... I'm loving it. XD
  7. *looks at the wolf pack* *looks at the magistrate mansion* Yeah I think this can work.
  8. Brixie looks up at the pillars of smoke rising into the dark sky. "Well I do think we should be someplace else then. Oh, this wolfpack is considering joining your crew. Almosded and the others would like to seek fortune and glory under your banner."
  9. I definitely don't remember the mongooses. It's been that long.
  10. I'm fine with ruin exploring. That might work for Hoop since she likes to gather treasure. Might work for Brixie as she would protect the party I have a feeling that the big crew will be doing their own thing and eventually leave or betray us. Fun!
  11. Doc likes pineapple on pizza. Unless this is the whole pineapple, then maybe it is a bad idea. Yeah, Doc could understand a whole pineapple. As for dark, unrevealed corners, Doc wonders what is in his? Maybe he doesn't want to know, since he is following a very... hot version of Celestia (in several ways). Doc smirks at what seems funny to him. "Well not many mates can bench press me, so maybe I let her be the dommy cause I'm into it, but I don't think she's the type to pick up multiple lovers at once. I could be wrong; but she seems to be pretty interested in just me so far. We'll see." "Glad we're we're in agreement then," Doc says, though he wonders when that future favor gets paid off. "I saw that the circus is in town. Maybe you should treat your ladies to a show. See you around." You know that face you make when you leave a room after being inside with someone who smells like they don't bathe? Doc makes that face after leaving the office because the stench of evil is awful. He will have to be careful with Proff. Would Doc have made the deal if he had known before? Well no point in thinking about what ifs. Doc will go back to Greeda. "Ready to go, Gree? I need to figure out something for getting Clover and her colt settled in, but I'm not sure Granny is a good idea anymore."
  12. "Y'all gonna kill your kidneys," Doc whispers as a concerned doctor of medicine. Doc sniffs the air here. Does he get the sense of actual evil or does it just look sinister? (Using Divine Sense trait) "I won't be long Greeda, just relax with that snack," Doc says. This suddenly makes Doc remember those times Prosperity would bring him snacks during long hours in the medical office back home. He misses her. Walking into the office, Doc can't help but admit the stallion has a theme and he stuck with it. He let's Life Knife do her greeting first. "Yeah, I have... been places," Doc replies. "Forgive me if I don't kiss the hoof. Greeda gets jealous. Anyway, I accomplished your task some days ago as you requested, but on the travel back I ran into some goats. Like, all the goats. Well, to the point that matters to you--I rescued Life Knife from becoming a goat slave and brought her here. Possibly in better condition then when you lost her by what I'm hearing." Doc normally would do acts of kindness for free, but Proff does not follow his rules. Therefore, Doc feels it is only fair to play by Proff's rules since the crystalline pony set them at the start. "So, that's one favor for escorting one parrot, and I think it is only fair to count Life's rescue as a second favor, wouldn't you agree?"
  13. Brixie holds up a hand to let the clan know not to attack. She looks between the melancholy fox and downtrodden bird. "Hey Hoop, Ripley... is... everything okay?"
  14. In the words of a great man of Miltonian proportions, OOF.
