So Alchemical Crafting should do for the most part. And since Boradur already has Magical Crafting (required for rune transfer), Samrod could as well dabble a bit. Unless someone else feels called (a certain Rogue maybe 😇). I mean, I just picked 'Say that Again!' to get it out of the way, since I don't see Samrod picking up alchemy in a jungle all of a sudden. But if we have some downtime after next level, that would be a good time for him to learn it, or to have his private lessons finally pay off. Edit: Also remember that every 10 arrows or fraction thereof constitute 1 Light Bulk.

  9. 76 arrows. Huh, that is quite a lot. From the description of what Wilder's fireballs did to them, I would have figured we'd only be able to loot the archer that was not incinerated. So, is Cirmaran going to fork over a dozen arrows or two? Also, I just recently realised that Zaku'un gave us formulae for alchemical items. So one of us should pick up the Alchemical Crafting skill feat. Samrod could do it, but he won't advance his Craft skill past Trained in the foreseeable future.

No sense in leaving that behind. Of course, as he reaches Cirmaran's rope, he comes to the realisation that neither rope has been cut. Huh. Still, if Cirmaran managed to get one of the Biloko to surrender... maybe one could get some informations about the Cinderclaws out of that one. After stowing his own rope again, Samrod collects Cirmaran's too, approaching the fey creature with the intent of tying it up. For a moment he considers tying its reptilian muzzle closed too, but that may interfere with any interrogation. As he does so, a thought occures to Samrod, and he asks Cirmaran "So... you were the lookout on your ship? High up in the Gull's Nest?"

The caravan is safe. Or rather, the Dragon Pillar is now ripe for dismantling. Of course, give what Wilder said about the Bilokos' dietary habits, Boradur may want to try and hunt them down. Bei it as it may, Samrod moves towards the toppled pillar. His years travelling the desert have left him with a , but that doesn't help slogging through the swamp. The Longstrider spell does help though. "Let us finish off the pillar and withdraw. There is one more pillar we know of that needs destroying."

Then, whether driven by instinct or remembering the tactics training with Esi, he circles around the statue to get opposite of Sorena and flank it, then quickly strikes with his weapon and raises his shield to bring it to bear. Actions rounds 1 & 2 1st round: Move north of statue, strike with shield bash, strike with nunchucks. 2nd round: Move opposite of Sorena, strike with nunchucks, raise shield.
