(Norse-themed Pathfinder Game) In the harsh mountains, dark forests and deep fjords of Jarnheim only the most rugged are forged into heroes fit for the sagas. As the great clans vie for power, riches and glory they must also protect their people from giants, wurms and fell beasts that come from the wild places. Many have strived to make a name for themselves in the hall of champions and have the skalds sing their names only to end up littering the ground of a battlefield, pressed in to the mud by the shield wall or sunk to the dark icy depths of the sea. So take up your spear and shield to see what destiny the Norns have woven for you.

Several decades ago people started reporting seeing things that weren鈥檛 there. Or rather scientists started to note that some people who reported seeing things that others couldn鈥檛 were starting to agree with each other in surprising detail. Sure there have always been trends such as alien watchers agreeing on broad details, but these were very specific details. Sightings of a particular type of six leaved plant growing in helices under damp bridges. Or seeing new breeds of rabbits with unusual fur patterns. Mundane things from otherwise normal people that only drew attention because of the fact that no one else saw them. The sightings varied by region and time as would expected of animals and planets in different climates around the world, but the most striking and exotic thing was that everyone afflicted reported seeing auroras on otherwise clear nights. And thus in the popular parlance the affliction became known as Aurora Syndrome. There was a bit of a media fuss, but since most of these people were otherwise completely sane they were soon released. And being sane most of them kept quiet about future sightings to blend in. In the short excitement tuned news cycle of modern life, this wasn't much of a story, so Aurora Syndrome faded into the background. It became something children were diagnosed with early in their lives and learned to keep to themselves or only talk about with others that had the syndrome.

Take to the treetops in chainsaw-powered ships to hunt down the legendary Tyrant's Bloom in the Wildsea! Three centuries ago, the world began anew, the old world ending in an eruption of green that covered everything in a deadly forest a mile high. Now, the survivors eke out a new existence above the canopy, clustered around mountaintops and ruins scattered across a thrashing sea of ever-growing leaves and branches: the Wildsea. Those courageous enough to brave the rustling waves do so in chainsaw-driven vessels, tearing paths between ports seeking fame, fortune, and knowledge; these are wildsailors. In the verdant and spectral reach known as the Florid Sepulcher, a massive rootquake caused the forest to heave, thrash, and grow again, swallowing entire ports and unearthing ancient ruins from far below the canopy. This Shudder is the first sign of the coming of the Tyrant's Bloom: a titanic carnivorous flower born in blood rumored to have powers beyond mortal comprehension. Wildsailors from near and far have come to find it, putting chain to thrash in their search even as they establish new trade routes, uncover old secrets, and discover new wonders. You will take on the role of a wildsailor, crewing a chainsaw-powered treetop-sailing ship to explore the Florid Sepulcher and search for the Tyrant's Bloom, using a modified version of the Wildsea RPG. Come sail the seas of green!

Cape City is a homebrew super-heroic setting inspired by stories like those told in the Disney film Big Hero 6 and its following TV series, as well as The Incredibles films and Megamind. Stories in it seek to evoke that old Saturday morning cartoon vibe, with things like Young Justice, Static Shock, Ben 10, and the Justice League and The Batman series as well. It is a futuristic metropolis that as a city is a sort of mashup of San Francisco and Seattle.
