What rolls can be rolled

Rylan Rylan spends a second pondering what to do with the windfall the kobold has uncovered, he briefly glances at Golan before all hells break loose and the kobold is scrabbling up the cupboard. At first, he thinks the little coward is making a run for it, and is eager to see what the kobold's escape route is. Then, he sees the little monster whirl around and train its crossbow on the stairway...not the worst plan. He whirls around himself and seeing the broad backs of the warriors in front of him, readies a shot against any of the undead horrors that break the line.

Rylan Rylan feels tense, the slight noises pointing to something more...dangerous. Still, he swallows hard and tries to keep his wits about him. Gripping his bow tightly, he turns his interest to the kobold's activities, curious if the creature is looking for loot or engaging in treachery.

The @#$$#^ing Juggernaut baby! Cain may be tireless, but he is suspecting that his luck may run out, each encounter with the Sentinels gets harder and harder and he fears they will eventually find a counter to an unstoppable force.

     Rylan Rylan stuck to the back, casting a worried eye on the priestess. What if this wizard had some sort of hatred for her ilk, and sought to slay them first? He doubted little heroics from himself, he was more of a runner than a fighter, but maybe he could give the girl a quick warning. Still, this lot was making a lot of noise. "Well, if the kobold still lives, all of our chatter should rouse him, or his brothers," Rylan hisses.    

        Rylan Rylan awoke early, the first dapples of dawn's light caressing his face. He liked this time the best, it was quiet, and it meant he survived another night. A strong cup of tea, and he was ready to go. The hike, he liked less, walking was so...pedestrian, he would someday be conveyed in a fine carriage, and the dwarf was both slow and loud. Still, to walk with a pack, in safety, was reassuring, if not comforting. He raised an eye at the idea of a...thing being their scout, if such dark creatures were quick to betray their own kind, how much loyalty would they yield to outsiders. Still, he said little of this, his grumblings would only sound weak amongst new friends. "What on earth would make any man murder a priestess? In my short life, even the foulest hearts have deeper motives."  

        Rylan Rylan almost blushes, he's not used to people using their names, or giving his either. "Err...Rylan, name's Rylan."

        Rylan Rylan gives a brief smirk. "I would take two shares of treasure and no glory, but I suppose an equal share is fair enough."

      Rylan Rylan sizes up the original party, they themselves look quite formidable, joined with the others, it sounds like easy money. More hands to go around sure, but a little easy money was more certain than alot of hardfought gold. "I would join you, at the very least. This villain seems to quite dangerous, and there is safety and surety in numbers."
