SerakHawk Posted July 18, 2022 Clone Share Posted July 18, 2022 (edited) Priest of Pelor - Kenku Sorcerer Race: Kenku Volo Gender: Male MOM Class: Sorcerer PHB (Divine Soul Xanathar) Background: Acolyte PHB Sheet: Link Background The Kenku was abandoned on the doorsteps of a temple of Pelor after his parents died when he was still a chick The Kenku was raised by the priests and the Deacon of the temple and considered the Deacon as his own 'father' The Deacon discovered Acolyte's ability to duplicate (forge) documents exactly extremely useful for copying religious texts Acolyte studied and recited the words of his Deacon, and discovered his innate ability for divine like magic. The Deacon took Acolyte under his wing and he trained and became a full fledged Priest of Pelor Fervent in the teachings and words of Pelor the Deacon tasked Priest to shine the light of Pelor on others and told him to wander the lands until he felt called to return. Priest has been wandering with trade caravans city to city, reciting the words of his Deacon as well as providing healing and charity where needed. Temple staff called him Kenku until he was an acolyte, then he was called Acolyte, now he is Priest.
