I have the Midgard Worldbook (system agnostic), it takes all the scattered stuff and pulls it together in a single volume and expands on it. (466 pages) as well as there have been recent books covering different areas, like Zobeck, the Southlands, the Wasted West, etc. Most of it is all 5e now as they have said specifically that they would not be supporting Pathfinder. And their new system "Tales of the Valiant" is also 5e compatible. So, they have hooked their cart pretty hard to that crowd of players. I convert stuff all the time from pf1e to 5e so the reverse should not be that difficult. Just need to swap out the monsters and redo the treasure allocation.
