While this grants her and exceptional level of independence and opportunity, it also draws eyes to everything she does whether she wants it to or not and is liable to be blasting across Teeter or Lightgram by morning.
• Motivation: LonelinessFor all her fame and success Isa has few she truly considers true friends. Not that there aren't people she likes and that like her back, but she wonders if any of them would stay by her were she not famous and successful. Outside her grandparents she has no one in her life she feels she can truly confide in.
• Complication: My Parent's DaughterIsa is not the only highly successful go-getter in the family, indeed that is perhaps the problem. She would describe her relationship with her parents as "not bad... more nonexistent" and she is not exaggerating as much as one might expect. While they do see each other and Isa's parents have stated their happiness that their daughter found her own success in life, each leads such busy lives they never find time to really connect
  
  Yet it is this absence that perhaps drive's Isa the hardest, whether she wants to outdo her parents or just attract their attention is hard to say. And while she'd never admit it what she'd really love to do is for all of them to just spend some time together, just the three of them.

DESCRIPTION

Outgoing, charming, and intelligent Isabella has everything going for her. An esports champion and successful streamer, she's enjoyed more success before age 20 then most people see in a lifetime, yet remains eminently cheerful and approachable making friends everywhere she goes. Nor is it all a mere persona, Isa is genuinely one of the nicest people you will ever meet... but her high energy life style is beginning to catch up with her. And no matter how many eyes she draws to herself, she's hungry for a deeper relationship she's never found.

Somewhat taller then average Isa is a whip thin young woman with long black hair and mixed features owing to her dual heritage. She is active enough to stay physically fit though not nearly as gifted as she is when behind the controller. In dress she favors a mixture of activewear and slightly dressy numbers most days, but maintains a large wardrobe in a dazzling array of styles.

BACKGROUND

Isabella or "Isa" to her friends is child of a Spanish diplomat and the President of Izumi Film Chemical, and is often described as very being much her parents' daughter. For her own part Isa truly wishes she could say if that were true or false. Between long nights at the office, extended business trips, or a dizzying array of social affairs keeping them busy Isa knows her parents only in transit. Raised instead primarily by her Japanese grandparents she would spend much of her early years in the countryside on the old family estate. The fields and forest provided a wide array of adventure for the young girl, but she would not be confined there.

From her earliest years Isa would prove to be a gifted child. Excelling in class, acceptable at athletics, and popular with classmates. Her bright mind soaked up knowledge on every topic like dry sponge thus her teachers encouraged her to take extra lessons online, expanding her horizons in the digital world beyond what a small rural town could provide. Her online mates would in turn be her first gamer buddies. As she grew older Isa spent ever more time online, but with top grades she was able to charm her grandparents into letting her do as she pleased. And with a whole digital world to compete against it would be online Isa found her first real challenges in life.

When she was 14 it would change her life for good when she lead the all amateur team Cross.Liners to victory in the Fate of Heroes Grand Tournament, catapulting Isa into the world of esports overnight. A world in which would thrive over the coming years. She'd win more prizes in Fates of Heroes, Ace of Aces, Counter-Operation and more through careful teamwork and a quick twitching finger, while her natural charm and gift for conversation made Isa a favorite of inteviewers and watchers alike. Soon she was branching out a guest commentator, making endorsement deals, whatever her agent could find. Yet fame also would prove to have its downsides. Isa had started gaming to make friends and was surrounded by more people then ever but soon found herself losing touch with the Cross.Liners crew as they took offers from pro teams or drifted to different games. And new acquaintances proved difficult to turn into true companions.

To fight a growing loneliness Isa pushed herself into her new found work. Diversifying from competitive gaming she leveraged her fame to start her own Utube channel. Let's plays, livestreams, and game reviews formed and would remain the core of the channel but her favorite content was showing off the breadth of her knowledge beyond games. Literary analysis, health and fitness, history, or any other topic that struck her fancy. Whatever the topic Isa gained a reputation for both doing actual research and for being able to break down complicated of topics in ways a casual viewer could follow.

Beyond her work online Isa would move to Tokyo to attend high school. This put her in more frequent contact with her parents, but now much like them Isa found herself always busy with one project or another so the damage done never got around to being mended. Since graduating high school she has gotten her own apartment and dividing her time between content generation and online college. She remains active on the esports scene operating independently and with teams on an ad-hoc basis. In recent month though her breakneck speed life has been catching up with her and Isa began looking for something a little lower key to give herself a break with.

This would bring her to Digimon Go. Like nearly every child Isa had some experience with the franchise in her early years but never given the game much attention "professionally" as it were. Likewise most of the pro scene and serious gamers focused around elaborate gaming rigs aiming for a VR experience, AR remained an unexplored frontier.

What languages does she know? I presume Spanish, Japanese, and maybe English, but the Advantage is currently blank.

My big question for her fluff is what is her relationship like with Digimon as a franchise? Is she only picking up the game because it's so highly anticipated or does she actually have some prior associations with the property?

Now that she's an independently wealthy adult, is she still staying with her grandparents or has she moved out on her own? I'm presuming she's moved to Tokyo, but I didn't see anything concrete. And speaking of, now that she's independently wealthy and successful, how have her parents reacted? I understand they've been mostly absent in her life but they can't be wholly ignorant to the fact that she's not only graduated but alrady found success. It was touched on in her Complications, but I feel it could be fleshed out further.

Mechanics for Isa all look fine, though I would also like to know what the Equipment advantage was used for. And did you have any ideas for what to do about Bakumon?

Yeah I've got everything in my head I just need to get in on the page.

Yes the languages are Spanish, English, and Japanese.

For Digimon she probably played a gen or two (assuming it has those) as a kid but her picking up GO is intended by her to be a bit of a break and change of pace just going around having fun leaning into it as a streamer meeting people on the street not "I wanna be he very best like no one ever was" top of the ranks deep in the meta etc.

Living situation will be a fancy apartment HQ via Equipment points but I wanted to ask if I could place an HQ in an Array with a vehicle (probably a motorcycle) since they almost by definition can't be used at the same time. Other Equipment will probably be a camera with the idea its a more serious professional sort of media rig and some misc stuff.

Parents I like to do something more awkward then hostile. Like they never would have set Isa on the path she took, but its hard to argue with success and they're aware they sort of obviated their authority... but everytime they tried to nail Isa down for a heart to heart she was the one too busy and they probably thinks she hates them now so don't want make things worse so sure it just sort of lingers in the background even though everyone secretly wants to be on good terms. Because irony.

As for Bakumon primary powers will probably be a mix of Healing, Affliction, and Deflect so a pseudo-Cleric. Eating nightmares to make you feel better, spitting them out for offense, and using that Holy Ring. Also totally a big scarcedy tapir-thing but brave when it counts.
