Papa Bear Posted April 23 Clone Share Posted April 23 The advantage thing is mostly semantics unless there are different disadvantages because of you apply the advantages or disadvantages to the MP they apply to all slots so you can't have them apply when they don't apply to every slot, even if (especially if) the power itself is already the modifier... For example putting a "no range" limitation on a HTH attack. It already doesn't have range. I made Medusa slower on the spot but added a "move around town" mode, Restrainable is now tied to being able to breath properly. So chokes, called hits, underwater, and maybe some other stuff like sufficiently toxic gas. That and other changes left me enough points to by back a reach attack option AND add the single most powerful superpower of all.
