"Minkaian Records of Ancient Matters"

"In the beginning of the Great Beyond there appeared various Daikami, or Gods from Heaven.  Shizuru-no-Kinpu and Tsukiyo-no-Keigetsu appeared at the end and, from them was first birthed the islands, their natural environment, and then to more Kami who became the ancestors of the Tian-Min."

"So the two gods, standing upon the Floating Bridge of Heaven pushed down the jeweled spear and stirred with it, whereupon, when they had stirred the brine till it went curdle-curdle, and drew the spear up, the brine that dripped down from the end of the spear was piled up and became an island. This is the continent to later become known as Tian Xia."

“When they had finished giving birth to countries, they began afresh giving birth to the Kami, whose spiritual nature pervades and protects all things…”

Sandpoint Hinterlands

Note the locations for Hag's Plummet and The Pyre have been switched from canon.

The Pyre is the final resting place of Alika Foxglove, a knight of Aroden who in 4611 AR saved the newfound city of Magnimar from a bugbear raid, ambushing the goblinoid warband in their lair of Whisperwood with a small hunting party.  Before their return to Magnimar, Alika's group was overwhelmed by a gang of bandits, forcing them to flee north to Ashen Moor, where she made her last stand at the edge of a cliff before the bandits could lay low a Varisian caravan in the area.

The Varisians of the region used to use this promontory for many rituals, including their yearly Swallowtail Festival, but the Pyre hasn't been used since Sandpoint's founding.
