Empty Sky Kitsune • Herbalist • Bard

BACKGROUND

The daughter of the town’s herbalist, Karim Allayblossom, Mehri’s birth marked her mother’s own passing. Mehri and her father are never lacking in things to do since so many wounds happen for both people are the animals that are cared for in Sunrise. However, Mehri is never content with the remedies of her world. The ancient ruins around Sunrise have history to them: new healing magic and new medicines or procedures that could save lives like that of her mother’s. Her father is always scared of her adventurous nature - scared that he may soon be alone or scared that Mehri is following in her mother’s footsteps.

But Mehri longs to know more about her mom, their race, and ways to keep those around her safe and healthy in both mind and body.

APPEARANCE

Mehri appears as a golden-haired human girl with soft, light blue eyes. Her facial shape and eye color belong more like her father’s, but her gentle demeanor, whole-hearted laugh, and the radiant warmth that seems to exude from her remind her various neighbors of her mother. Mehri is slender and lean, but she lacks the bulky muscle that many of the townsfolk have from their harder labors. Mehri often wears natural colors with browns and greens being the most common since she often assists her father in collecting herbs and fungi for their remedies in the nearby areas.

Mehri enjoys fancier clothes, but she prefers the practicality of simpler garments for a day’s work. There’s no point in wearing a ball gown if it’s only going to be stained green from the grass. Despite her lack of armor, Mehri can often be seen with a shortsword and shortbow in case she needs to defend herself from wild animals or gather things that are more difficult to pull free.
