So as the core npc of crew are Willow security /gunner Kara Gunner Zora Engineer Samuel recluse vampire Doctor(stay on Captain level most of the time Ozen is closer to pc as played by me but still classed as npc As you pay them a wage any of the crew can direct them to tasks including working on downtime projects and report back. It want to assign a npc to task please post in that area so in the downtime thread you assign them too. If you use NPCs in missions they do share the XP you are granted but generally, i don't track the XP and the crew NPCs will be 1 level lower than the highest PC. As of right now, that means the NPCs should all be 7th level. I posted the crew NPC in PC thread for ease of access.
