On the station, while looking into gene engineering it seems unlike any other race, they charge to gene map any human that wants to be worked on. From what the shop/clinic was saying that humans from different regions of the universe have sightly different DNA, enough that it impacts them when they try to modify it for their services. First, she asks for blood samples from both Deacan and Ross then takes her her own. Given that he also has some time to spare he offers to help out, using what medical expertise he could bring to the task. The one thing she finds is Ross and all the original crew are closer to each other, and Deacon is missing parts of our DNA. Ross has a part of his DNA strain that goes off and does not connect and so do we, wait happens... wooooo the two fit together into a whole new DNA strain it looks like.... Deacon does not have anything like that in his. Kara asks Ross to bring up those clones...
