Inconveniently long saving time

I wouldn't call this a bug, because saving works, but it's annoyingly slow.

In a setting thread, where I just wanted to make one post for the collected info, I edited that first post several times, and it always took much longer than saving any other edit. I ended up leaving a dummy first post and putting all the info into a new post. And that saves as fast as usual.

I don't know if it's important enough to address, but I thought I'd mention it.

I'm noticed this as well but its not repeatable so i assumed it was either on my end or it was just the nature of the test environment, the same reason sometimes images are very slow to load or disappear in the editor.

Confirmed on my end. I’ll have a look tonight.

I have found the bug and fixed it for all cases except where privacy (include/exclude) is set. The latter case requires more refactoring than I can do at this moment.
