In my mind, that sort of stuff probably makes most sense as an OUMHS resource that you are now in charge of. Since it's an old society, that makes it narratively easy to justify. If you are a first year, it's something that will be found / given to you early on. You can pick a location and all the tags However, if you have an alternative narrative justification for having the resources, I'm open to it. Genuinely don't worry about this. As long as it's clearly laid out.
