Neopopulas Posted July 14, 2023 Clone Share Posted July 14, 2023 Is it at all possible for a feature to exist that allows a GM to grant a user permissions over a post or a thread without just giving them GM permissions? For example, i create a character sheet, its all filled out, it has its own thread, etc, and i can just grant permission to certain members to edit and update that post? Eric Posted July 14, 2023 Clone Share Posted July 14, 2023 No, this would create all sorts of potential security/non-repudiability issues without a very complicated handshake method for agreeing to transfer ownership of the content. It's just as easy to ask your players to clone that post into their own new thread (using the mechanism described in #5 of this post), which accomplishes the same concept without raising any questions about who's responsible for the contents of a given post.
