Age 26

long black hair,

gray eyes

Giacomo, sometimes known as the Smiler, grew up in the rugged wilderness of the Crown mountains. Craving to become a warrior of the Tedesco Clan, he trained hard, until the day that he slew another man in a drunken fight over a woman. Aged 22 he was forced to leave his home and fight for his own survival. Over the next 4 years he found that the skills that allowed him to survive in the crown mountains, also made him a very successful crosser and smuggler.

His features are usually somber, and he is reclusive by nature. He earned his nickname, due to his habit of starting to smile, when things are about to get rough. For many men, seeing Giacomo smile, it is also the last thing they ever see.

**Feature: Boundless**
A crosser is an expert in passing the borders between regions by land, avoiding checkpoints, environmental dangers, and problems of sorts, all while going unnoticed. This feature also extends to any Mistide crossing by land for which a crosser doesn't need to roll any survival check.

Feature: **Natural Born Assault Trooper** (from human race)
You are a veteran who has fought many times in the front lines. You do not fear death, and you have charged well entrenched troops many times, sustained only by your faith in the Ternal Father or in your foes’ ineptitude. You gain the following benefits:

- Increase your speed by 10 feet.
- You have advantage on saving throws against the frightened condition.
- If you move at least 20 feet straight toward an enemy, you can use a bonus action to make a melee weapon attack.

Brawl moves:
Enraged and furious: this turn all your beatings and moves deal 1 extra whack (Pagan)
Headbutt. As a reaction, when you’re successfully hit by an attack, you can make an attack roll (Strength or Constitution) against your opponent. If you hit, the move deals 1 whack to the target.
Diving Drop. As an action, you can make an attack roll (Strength or Constitution). If you hit the target, the move deals 1 whack and the target is stunned. You take 1 whack.

Your knave is incomplete 🙈

Please follow these steps and then resubmit your knave for review:

  • When you select two skill specialties, they must be chosen from the Specialties column (or create your own using the ones listed as examples). For instance, you listed Intimidation and Survival. You could choose "weapon displays" and "tracking" as your two skill specialties. You can also choose two skill specialties from the same skill.
  • The following shoddy equipment has no value: sack, pole, and whetstone. Your remaining currency is 43 sp 9 cp.

I think there may be some confusion.

Per the Skill Specialties rule: "A knave gains two skill specialties at 1st level and gains an additional specialty whenever their proficiency bonus increases. A knave may choose any specialty in a skill in which they are proficient."

The skills your Knave is proficient in are: Nature, Perception, Intimidation, Athletics (Pagan), Insight (human)

This means you choose two specialties from the ones in green.

Skill Specialties
Athletics climbing, jumping, lifting, running, swimming, throwing
Insight detecting lies, reading emotions, sensing motives
Intimidation authority, ferocity, interrogation, subtle threats, weapon displays
Nature astronomy, beast lore, farming, fey, plant lore, weather
Perception farsight, invisible objects, listening, scent

If you want to swap Survival for Nature, Perception, or Intimidation, that's totally fine.

These are the skill specialties for Survival.

Survival dungeoneering, foraging, hunting, tracking, wayfinding
