Appearance: Unlike the majority of Star Elves, Rhiannon has brown hair. This serves to even further distance herself from her other people.

Personality: Very morose most of the time, Rhiannon enjoys singing of her sorrows on occasion and tends to be quite morbid. She is fascinated with death and undeath, especially when tied to the tragic tales of her elven ancestors. She worships Evening Glory, as that deity most closely represents the lost love she now obsesses over. Rhiannon loves starlight and the night, a trait common to her people, and she is interested in both astrology and astronomy.

Background Originally a denizen of Sildëyuir, Rhiannon is the daughter of a star elf noble (an astrologer) and a cleric of Corellon Larethian. As such, she is no stranger to the call of duty on behalf of the elves. Even so, she was ostracized by her people for her disturbing obsession with death after the loss of her fiancé from a deadly nilshai curse and she self-exiled herself first to Yuirwood in Toril and now to the Realm Folded Tavern in response. She has spent some time in adventuring in Toril, particularly in the Yuirwood and surrounding area, attaining the third level of ability in the process as she was forced to lead a local defense of the green elves against an incursion of orcs. Since then she mostly traveled alone or in the company of one or two other people, but few adventurers can long tolerate her dark personality unless they are of like mind. She stumbled upon an ancient faerie ring that led her to the realm of the Tavern and now she makes her home there.

Rhiannon's parents yet live, now refugees in the Yuirwood after their home in Sildëyuir was overrun by nilshai. Rhiannon has a cousin, Lilith Leyline, who is the daughter of Rhiannon's mother's sister. Rhiannon considers her more of a younger sister than a cousin as they spent a lot of time together in their childhood. She also knows Ephistex from her time living in the Yuirwood.

Rhiannon buys a Ring of Protection +1 (2000 gp), Rhiannon purchases a Hydration suit (1000 gp), a Desert Outfit to cover it (6 gp), Sun Lenses (10 gp) and two more water skins (2 gp).  Total 1018 gp spent.

Rhiannon sold her Hydration suit and bought a Cloak of Charisma +2 (4000 gp) and upgraded her masterwork Longsword to a Longsword +1 (2000 gp) after the Friends of Meris mission.

Rhiannon upgrades her Mithril Shirt to a Mithril Shirt +1 (1000gp)
