It has become painfully clear that right now I cannot continue with this game at any reasonable pace. I have hopes that i can resume in a couple of months, but as you have all seen my predictions are pretty much horrible failures. I am very sorry to have wasted the time of so many creative people.

I'm happy to keep responding to anybody who engages with me IC, but I have little motivation to keep instigating until we learn whether this game is actually going to happen, or if the DM has been forced to give up on it for real-life reasons. If that's the case, well, it was fun building a high-level character and playing around a bit with you folks. I learned a lot from it. ☺️

I'm happy to host a wresting competition, but only if there's anybody interested. If not, dalamb probably has plenty to go on for judging each of us, so the pressure's eased up somewhat.

Once my health recovered, all my energy went into finishing a draft of a book and submitting it to a publisher - which I did yesterday. I apologize for lack of communication; I kept telling myself "I'll catch up in-game after today's editing session" and kept spending all my time on the manuscript. Today is catching up with Real Life stuff for the most part.

Lastanor Nightwater "Rib Lilysinger, with a heart so brave, from the shores of Vern to the ocean wave..." Lastanor quietly sang to himself, one room over, "He sings in tune and sings in rhyme, which is good 'cause he's singing all the time." He blinked, "...Huh, that did rhyme." Lastanor raised his arms and stretched out with a yawn, before looking around at the room around him. The former bathhouse around him had laid abandoned for a long time before being claimed by the Purple Dolphin inn next door; as a result, ivy and moss had grown into the walls, and that combined with a visit from a druid had resulted in the former bathhouse now resembling an indoor lagoon. Stepping forward, Lastanor's robes flaked away into wispy shadowstuff as he approached the naturalized pool, leaving the sahuagin clad in aquatic-elf-esque swimwear. Bending down and poking his webbed hand in the water, checking that it was actually seawater (which it was, if slightly filtered), Lastanor smiled, checking his waterproof satchels to make sure they were sealed properly before stepping in and slowly sinking beneath the surface of the once-bath, now lagoon. Depositing said satchels at the bottom of the pool, the sahuagin allowed himself to drift, taking in the comfortable watery environment. Unfortunately, that was when one of the inn's serving staff happened to walk past the lagoon and see what looked like a mutant shark swimming around in the water. "EEEEK!!" Their brief but dramatic yelp of surprise could be distinctly heard from just about anywhere in the Purple Dolphin and perhaps outside as well. Mechanics

Can we have Bayonet weapon from Song and Silence on crossbow? Also wanting to enchant with Harmonizing from City of Splendors: Waterdeep?
