    The past few weeks have been wild for me personally, but thanks everyone for participating. It was a crazy fantasy year; injuries and unknown waiver pickups make a difference every season but this seemed more pronounced than usual. I avoided the major injuries until the very end, and what would still have amounted to a passable performance in the finals could not stand up to everyone hitting for Doby at just the right time. Congratulations!

    You picked up a kicker who was so bad he lost his job, but it still would have been enough to win the week. Sucks. This season has been a matchup nightmare for you, hovering in the middle of the scores each week but in the top half most of the time, yet a loss on paper because of the schedule. The fact that the random H2H schedule is the final deciding factor in each team's win-loss record continues to be my least favorite part of this game. If I could change it, I would — several more platforms now offer an extra win per week against the league median (Yahoo! does as well, but you have to pay for it), but I would take it a step further and remove the H2H matchups altogether.

    When I went to bed last night there were seven minutes left in the Bengals/Rams game, and the only player left in my matchup was Ja'Maar Chase. I was certain I was going to wake up and find that he had gotten another 1.48 fantasy points and I had lost the matchup, but my luck held out. Unfortunately for my dad (in typical fantasy fashion) the third-highest score of the week earned a loss against the second-highest score of the week.

    I don't see a problem with that, given you posted right when the game started and Buffalo doesn't play until tonight. It said "this player is not editable" when I tried yesterday, but just now I was able to make the swap.
