  1. And ornately carved, though heavily damaged, arch takes up the entire western wall. It's a larger, more detailed version of the demon arches you've seen, but this arch has just a blank wall beyond it. Two of the smaller demon arches, one you came through, pierce the southern wall. Note: North is toward the right of the map.
  2. The ceiling soars 30 feet high in the center of this impressive chamber, and the walls are carved in images of dwarves at their forges. A large stone door exits to the north. Several old skeletons lie scattered near the northern door. A get of wrought iron stands in the western wall. In the center of the floor, a natural rift descends sharply. Dozens of stone steps lead down into darkness. From far below you can hear the distant sound of running water and a curious buzzing sound.
  3. The door swings open to reveal a large, dark chamber.
  4. The only other exit the gang can find is the door on the north side of the room. It's locked, though the key is in the lock. They can sense no one else nearby.

  6. We could also use the food scented dirt to just lure the ants into an ambush. I figure, by the way, that the nest the gang has discovered will continue to replace the ants until it is destroyed.

  9. Camlann destroys the zombie, which immediately begins crumbling into dust. No more step up to take its place. There is a large mound of old armor, weapons, and dusty bone before the crew. Combat over!
  10. No. The trail would lead from the ant cave and outside to the kobold cave. I haven't brought it up IC because I don't think anyone has really explained the kobold cave to the newcomers. :p

  12. Heh, I floated the idea OOC a while ago. Basically, Morn uses a cantrip to make something like sand smell like food, they sprinkle it in a path from the ant colony to the kobold cave, and let the ants follow the scent to the kobolds and duke it out.
