About Me
I am an avid roleplayer and worldbuilder who has been playing RPGs since he was young. I've dabbled in a lot of things, from video game development to digital art, but the only thing I ever find myself coming back to is this hobby.
I used to have a lot of free time, and I ran a bunch of games across multiple PbP sites before; now, though, I've transitioned to more RL activities, both work and RL TTRPGs.
My Writing Style: Longer posts, often with in-depth plots, character development and extensive settings/lore. I make a dedicated effort to minimize typographical errors and to use good grammar. Generally at least two paragraphs per post, but usually longer.
Posting Speed: 1 post/week
What I Bring To the Table:
- I really love to worldbuild, and to explore the possibilities of new universes; it's why I host so many games
- I love collaborating with others and brainstorming new ideas; it's why I play Fate so much
- I have been told that I tend to place an emphasis on narrative and the relationships between characters
- I pride myself on being able to separate the character from the player, and to not meta-game
What I Look For In Players:
- They treat the story like a story. I'm not saying you need to be a novelist or a poet, I just want to see proper sentences, paragraphs, and logical consistency, which shouldn't be too much to ask for
- They love and support developing team dynamics and character arcs. My games encourage collaborative storytelling and open communication
- They're pretty chill. Sometimes there's a retcon or on-the-fly justification that needs to be made to keep things fun, and that's okay
I'm nearly 100% finished with my own original science-fiction setting, complete with truly alien alien races. Had I the time, I'd absolutely be running a campaign with it, but for now it's all just lore: Anima Acclamata Wiki
I also have an original dark fantasy setting, but that one is my most intricate and detailed world by far, and I have yet to even feel near completing it despite how far it's already come. You can take a look if you'd like: Aelladore Wiki
