  3. It's all good. I'm not familiar with the rules but I was just wanting to know. Where are the rules so that I can check them out? Was it Kingmaker or somewhere else?
  4. Fair enough. If we prioritized the wall instead of improving housing also, could we finish the whole thing? BTW. Garvin had Craft: Traps and Professional: Trapper skills. We can use that to shore up security around the compound or harvest food. He also has good levels of stealth and survival so he's sort of rangery but not 100%. So work that into the algorithm as needed.
  5. If the outbuildings are cannibalized, that might allow for the completion of the wall all the way around by the end of the month. Big plus for security.

  8. How big is the settlement in terms of area? How many buildings? I know about the big house and the smithy.
  9. I have always played with the assumption that if I get a bonus I had better make sure that the GM knows about it.
  10. LOL. Drez is just trying to make her feel a little more welcome as part of the team. He was a little cold on the last job. If Hinami wants to shoot his shot then go for it.
  11. I was assuming that there isn't much housing to go around so there would probably be some close quarters right now. Besides, If Garvin and Kai share a space, the villagers will see that I don't find him to be a threat. That might help them relax a bit.

He made a point to hike alongside of Maria as she rode. He talked with her for a while, sharing stories of his travels but keeping things light. She seemed nicer than most people he had met. All the while, he wondered is getting his own horse was worth the trouble. Probably not, he decided.

It was a bit of a stand off for a little while but I figured that he didn't want to fight. I wasn't feeling that good and he wasn't looking that good so I guess we just made a truce of sorts. We rested for a while and then stated walking past where we met for a while. Didn't find anything so we came back this way. Long story short, we been together the better part of a day so far and haven't tried to kill each other so I think we're all good. We talked a bit and from what I gather he wants to find a way back to his people. I do too."

  18. More questions. - While I was away did I see anything washed up on the shore that could be valuable to the group. If so how far away. - Was the wreckage of the ship visible from the shore where I was? - How did I meet up with Kai? - Did I see any other survivors or enemies?

He was pale, like someone from across the inner sea but his skin but had the a tanned, weathered look of someone who spent a great deal of time outdoors. His shoulder length hair was copper colored and he looked about with deep green eyes that seemed to miss nothing. He wore adventuring clothes in simple earthen colors with a green and brown cloak across his shoulders. A bandolier of daggers was slung across his chest and a well made rapier hung from his belt. On his back was a pack that was stuffed to near bursting along with a composite short bow, again of significant quality. "Well met, Mayor Heva. I am Garvin. Were you also aboard the [name of wrecked ship]? I've been up and down this beach for a while looking for anyone else that might have made it to shore.", the stranger answered in common.

  23. If it could be a problem, I can choose something else. Not a big deal So where have I been? Did I just wash up on a different part of the beach and find my way to town? It's the most plausible explanation I suppose. How long has it been since the shipwreck?
