Powderhorn Posted September 24, 2023 Clone Share Posted September 24, 2023 Ingredients 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp brown sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (other milks substituted as desired) 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp chopped pecans a dash of vanilla Prep In a mason jar, mix the above ingredients Stir Let sit overnight Consume! I've liked the concept of overnight oats for years - this is the first time I actually liked how they came out.
