Maple Brown Sugar Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (other milks substituted as desired)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chopped pecans
a dash of vanilla

 

Prep

In a mason jar, mix the above ingredients
Stir
Let sit overnight

 

Consume!

Eat cold, or heat up in a microwave. Probably use a spoon.
