I posted this last night at around 1am est. My player there messaged me on Discord at 11am, "you just posted that 50 minutes ago? Did you change it?" and when I looked, it said I posted 30 minutes ago. Now it says an hour ago when it was 30 minutes ago 2 hours ago... this is not a problem. It's not disruptive.
