I'd suggest a folder for each player but you'd have to add all those which could easily get overwhelming. If players could add their own, maybe it would work, but personal threads are probably the best we can do. Having a giant mega-thread might engender more discussion (if people want to provide running commentary), but I think it'll be easier to find and organize this way.
