Bold / Title Block Color

Okay so - when we bold something it stays the default text color - and we have the default text color as an option in the editor.

What I am looking to see if it possible is say - we have a blog or many sectioned title - IE

"1. Planet Information

Text descriptions

2. Race Information

Text descriptions"

Could we have the ability to make "title blocks / color" that match what the color of the heading texts are for the theme (About this Game / Game System)

- A brown ish in default, lime green in lime, black in light mode ect.

Like, I want a color option to have a "Header" or "Title" section of a post able to track the cross theme "header/Title" color highlighted like how the default text color changes cross theme.

Because now with multiple themes if I pick a different color to be a header / important thing that is more than bold - it doesn't change colors with themes potentially being washed out in other themes people use.
