It takes some time to accelerate so their malevolent glare is right next to you as you move. To'Nari receives a telepathic response from the artificer, They're pushing us straight toward the Mist. Maybe I can turn us around once we're inside it but I don't want to get lost. It is clear that they just want you gone and are cautious enough to ensure that you don't simply travel a little way and return. You don't know how these creatures communicate but surely they must be able to pass your descriptions on to their allies. Returning may well prove dangerous unless you can forge the papers to prove that you have a valid reason to enter Karrnath again. If the warforged were waiting for them, he wanted to try to get everyone as ready as possible. For now, the artificer just focused on pumping out the healing, trusting Bonesetter to redirect it as necessary. There is another moment of disorientation as if you are not really on Khorvaire any more but somehow floating apart from it but you quickly emerge from the other side to a featureless plain. In the distance, on your left, probably five or more miles away is a still lake. On your right, rising above the horizon, are the towers of a city. Antonio brings the Earth Sled to a halt and starts taking measurements, trying to work out exactly where you have emerged. "It's weird," he says eventually, "We should still be some distance from Metrol but I think that's the city over there." "It was the Rising City, shining jewel of Galifar and of Cyre, our capital," he puts down his instruments and shrugs, "The river Melandor flows through the city so we should be able to follow it if we head north. If it isn't there then this is another city."
