Farhvan.jpg.9e42a5d6cd2208109482a6f84ff41a25.jpgAfter letting Jake's wife know that he was alright, Farvhan caught up with the former Mayor Forstaten. She was the only real contact that he had, and while the woman had been grateful in the SIM she wasn't particularly important anymore. Still she was at least someone he could rely upon a bit.

In an average week, Enoch has lunch or dinner with one of his contacts in an uneven rotation, with the exception of Lyn, whom he meets weekly for date night.

Lawrence Prudence (Mystic) [Vault: Lawyer/Politician] 8 Int 10 Cha 5 Loyalty 4 Connection

&

Vincent D'Agostino (Precog) [Vault: Police/Military Captain] 9 Int 9 Cha 5 Loyalty 5 Connection
Enoch helps out with tech-related matters for Vincent and Lawrence as a sort of independent contractor using his old rank. They discuss interesting cases. Sometimes together, sometimes with only one of the two men.

Mongomery Dibbler (Mechanic) [Supplier] 9 Int 13 Cha 5 Loyalty 4 Connection
Still Enoch's go-to man for general supplies.

John Galt (Wizard Engineer/Artificer) [Works Maintenance in Government] 15 Int 12 Cha 5 Loyalty 3 Connection
They normally discuss technology, magic, and Enoch casually obtains information on the infastructure in listing to John gripe about his maintenance tasks and his relations with his coworkers and superiors.

Yvette Connor (Biohacker) [Medical Tech Supplier] 10 Int 13 Cha 4 Loyalty 4 Connection
Although no romantic interactions (any more), Enoch remains freindly with Yvette and regularly gets his medical supplies from her.

Lyn Woods (Nanocyte) [Netrunner] - 10 Int 10 Cha 5 Loyalty 6 Connection
Date night weekly (or more)

Security is tight for next 24 hours then there is word that the imposters have been found and dealt with. Things relax a bit up until the deadline for the vote. With only a few more days left the people that had not voted were being hounded by the vault council to get vote in.

From the mood of the camp it was clear that the vote was not going to go the outsiders way. Would they honour the accord and let them break off keeping all of their tech for themselves or would they attack to try to claim it for their side. As the time move closer you saw more vaulters carrying weapons around camp and even suit up in their earned armour from the SIM. The SIM had printed 85% of the equipment earned, none of the vehicles had been started so if war broke out they would not have any of them to help support.

Post anything you do differently in the coming days as vote deadline approaches

There is a call out for Doctors who have experience working on DNA projects or any medical experience in the camp from the vault leadership. It is posted in a way that the outsiders do not hear the call for this.

Farhvan.jpg.9e42a5d6cd2208109482a6f84ff41a25.jpgGiven what Jake and Samuel had uncovered, Farhvan viewed the notice with more than a little suspicion. Still, it was a way for him to possibly help out that didn't involve mucking around with AI's. Farhvan answers the summons, trusting in their false background to help in the infiltration.

Kaelan's large form loomed over a good portion of the gathering group. Considering her and Rina's relatively recent interaction with the revealed outsider and infected individual, along with the lockdown, she thought the subject and timing to be rather suspicious.

Walking in with his limping gait, Adrian showed up several minutes behind Kaelan. His partially disfigured, bald head was distinct and noticeable among the group. With the requested specialties, he was intrigued by what might be in motion.

So you are brought into a lab with 3 others that were in the Sim. The lab is full of hand written boards of formula in Ross mmediately identifies as English ( others can't read it)

A vaulter is speaking to all of you " we need help translating this alien language. The Formulas should help us determine where to start at what Notations mean. These are breakdowns of d. N. A. From citizens, some of these breakdowns, we don't recognize."

they point to another board " This part seems to have DNA mutation calculations. We need to know exactly what all this says and means. Get to work."

A bit out of her depth with translations, Kaelan provided what help she could in the character comparison and conversion. Though she had questions, she kept her head down, trying to not draw further attention to herself.

Adrian found the puzzle a satisfying challenge for his skills and intellect. He was eager to see what secrets might be hidden among the notes. As mentally engaged as he was, he was unable to resist asking an obvious question, "Where did these come from?"

Enoch replies to the summons for physicians. He also does not want to draw attention to himself and makes copies of any/all data collected or research found.

He mirrors Adrian's requests for data. "It will help us figure out what this all means. Any context is useful"

So those that can read the notes are easy to follow. The crew knows this is Samuel work and the copies are strange video clips patched together from various angles. They don't think he would just leave it behind to found so they must have had a way to recreate his work somehow.

So Samuel was able to track the part of the DNA that has reacted to the magic and from notes has a beta blocker to stop the mutations but only if has not started. He could not find a way to turn back the mutations.

The worrying research was on the other board. He notes say he needs to follow every path to make sure nothing is missed, but this work ends with him having a way to mutating every human into a metahuman with an 87% chance. If the wrong people got their hands on that could be a world-ending event.

Farhvan.jpg.9e42a5d6cd2208109482a6f84ff41a25.jpgFarhvan does his best to keep from acknowledging Enoch as he perused the notes. While it was good to see Samual had at least found out the mechanism for the change, or at least part of it, there was no way he was letting the powers that be get ahold of the accurate info. While making a show of looking things over he did his best to gauge how the 'natives' were doing if only to figure out which ones they'd need to mislead.

Kaelan please a knowledge science(whatever she has that would deal with DNA) and if she has any skill at decoding languages.

The other 2 people here are working on the formula.

Vaulter One, Vince, is able to follow the path and within a few hours will get there.
