Weird issues with OG site formatting and previews

Okay, so someone had an issue with copying their character sheet formatting over to Baldr, so I tried to help them out, and while the formatting carries over in the preview, when it's actually posted it breaks? I've got a bunch of screenshots to show how it looks on each step of the process, using Firefox as my browser, and the OG mythweavers formatting was done on the BBCode test page instead of the normal site, if that helps.

How it looks on Baldr's preview page, it's squished a bit but it looks this way both in the original post and editing pages. Added a maximized version for easier viewing.

@Niblooey Fieldset, spoiler, and OOC tags on OGMW are a hacky non-compliant version of HTML4, and will not copy over. You’ll want to follow bwatford’s guide in the New User Guide for copying things from OGMW to Baldr.

When copying and pasting from OGMW you have to paste as plain text and then re-do all the formatting.  This has been covered in multiple threads AND on the Discord.  And believe me, I complain about it to the mods all the time.

@Niblooey if you don't copy and paste as plain text then the colors will also be screwed up across themes.

Also, the image URL is a plain old HTTP link.  Change to HTTPS and the image should load (assuming the photobucket link supports HTTPS).

I mean, the staff complains about it to each other too. It’s irritating as hell, and we’re still looking into a way to selectively strip certain formatting. Hopefully we can avoid the option of “strip all formatting on paste.” 🤷‍♂️

Oh geez, okay, guess you guys are jaded about this. The thing I'm worried about isn't how it's breaking the formatting, it's how the previews aren't matching the end result, and how badly the post gets mangled between posting it and the end result. It's like, it's literally stripping unformatted text out of the statblock when posting after it's been copied through into the Baldr editor successfully? Don't know why it's happening, but feels like a big issue with how the site interprets the previews vs finalizing posts, I just added the stuff about OG Mythweavers so you had more info to go off of here.

OGMW post doesn't exist, since it was done entirely in the test editor, but here's the BBCode for the post if you want to recreate it.

bbcode does not work in Baldr. It is html only.
