jokomaisu Posted February 20, 2023 Clone Share Posted February 20, 2023 Hello! This is my game HERE and I am the only GM. The game privacy setting is Read Only. A non-invited user commented on my Blog post HERE, which I thought would not be possible. Did I misunderstand Read Only or is this a Blog hiccup? Thanks! Eric Posted February 20, 2023 Clone Share Posted February 20, 2023 It's likely a permissions issue related to one of our plugins, but I'll have a look and see if I can track down the cause.
jokomaisu Posted February 20, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted February 20, 2023 Thank you for the quick reply! I really like the Blog feature. It's going to be useful for game announcements and organizing game content.
Eric Posted February 20, 2023 Clone Share Posted February 20, 2023 For static content, you might want to consider Pages since they can be attached to the game navigation directly.
jokomaisu Posted February 20, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted February 20, 2023 (edited) Thanks, I'll check that out. Also, if this can't be "fixed" then I can always change the privacy to Private. Eric Posted April 10, 2023 Clone Share Posted April 10, 2023 After checking, this appears to be default Invision Community behavior for Blogs; there is no special permission control applied when a Blog is inside a game (club). I'll raise the question with the IPS dev team.
