The Boards within the main room of the Tavern are how adventurers find work. Across the realms and planes those in need of assistance can make their requests which then appear as notices on the board.

 

All an adventurer needs to do is sign their name, and when the party is complete they will be whisked away to a place of their employer's choosing.

 

On completion of their task, as set out in the notice, the party will be returned to the Tavern by its own magic.

 

Adventurers from the RFT also receive a ring from the Barkeep, this allows them access to magic to open a portal to return to the Tavern at a time of their choosing if they feel unable to continue with their mission. These rings also bring a fallen adventurer back to the Tavern moments before their demise; good help is hard to find and so the Barkeep tries to keep his patrons alive. An adventurer who has returned to the Tavern, whether on successful completion, by their own choice, or to save their life cannot return to the mission they were undertaking. Each notice is a one-time transfer for an individual.
