I don't see anything else in his inventory that appeals to Mara in particular or the group as a whole, so maybe take a look at what Zain has to offer? So unless Billy wants to handwave the (the travel and possible random encounter) details, we'll have to travel back to the clockwork king to buy the potions of healing.
