darlis moonbeam Posted July 25, 2023 Clone Share Posted July 25, 2023 Jake will be spending the downtime that he has before reaching the planet to go to his quarters change out of his uniform and take a sonic shower and then he will head to the puddle jumper and study it for the rest of the time he has left to learn as much of its capabilities as he can in that time. Please see other thread for the rolls he made for this study. This post is just to document what he is doing during the down time. He would also study more around the differences between their technology on the planet and the technology he knew and he hopes to figure out ways of making the two technologies work together. wrathgon Posted March 23 Clone Share Posted March 23 So the planet's computer systems are designed in the opposite way a any other logic computer system. Even though in starwar universe you could not use your computer skills, you could apply logic to their systems as all computer systems are built with similar logic. But when the computer systems are designed to confuse logical beings like AI expecting things that no logical being with do, there is little to connect the two systems to make it easier. You spend 100 hours trying to link the two together but can't find a way to link the two, they are just too different to mix. Someone without a flesh brain would be able to navigate through the systems on the planet, which was the point of them. After 50 hours you have gathered sightings across the planet of what you would think are people that defied fate, things that should have happened but did not. at 100 hours you have found sightings of 3 old ladies in the area of those sites, an old lady, a teenage very pretty, and a woman of middle age.
