Okay sounds good just make a magician’s chance to learn new spell roll.

 

And, haha but she still won’t teach you charm person. 😆
I’m going to have Sabba also stay with the witch unless Bananaphone comes back.

You should still be level one. The last set of XP hadn’t been divided amongst the party. It was just the total.

Ok, that’s cool. But we will eventually hit level 2, max hit points again or roll? Or something else?

I’m tempted to go max hit points again so you all can take a few hits before needing to recoup. I know it’s not exactly the “OSR way” but at this point you all have nearly a year invested in these characters so I don’t want random dying.

In case you didn’t see it, using a scroll to add spells costs 250 gp and destroys the scroll.

I’m thinking money isn’t a problem in an OSR game since you need so much gp to level up.

Better it gets used at all, unless your spellbook capacity is low. I didn't look at spellbook rules since I can't cast until like 7th level....🙃
