  1. Velka HP:11/11 "Well as fur as abilities, As I said I'm good as not being seen and climbing, swimming jumping, getting places I don't belong, opening locks an' hurtin' people. I'd love to have a fancier resume but I don't... I suppose I'm a good at susing out dangers also... And I'm a good liar, not about this tho'" She thought about the location. "Ya I kind of know that area, don't go around it much however."
  2. Derp no clearly no lol. Sorry that should be 11.
  3. Velka HP:11/11 Velka nodded motioning in Derek "what 'e said it's not just about revenge, I mean that's nice, an' I don't know about souls, but we need to stop 'im." She also gave a quick look around the room, it looked like a nice enough group to be honest. She saw some people that would likely be pretty good at the thinking part of this whole thing, something she didn't know she was gonna be that useful for. But she might be able to keep some of them safe. "I mean I don't really know were to start, but hopefully that's were someone else comes in."
  4. I was going to say it was somewhat recent but not to far off so maybe 3-4 years ago. So Velka being early teens.
  5. Oh I didn't make this clear that's for sure. Okay so, Brawler's flurry counters as two weapon fighting as long as you are using any combination of unarmed strikes, weapons from the close fighter weapon group, or weapons with the monk special feature. (I DID make a mistake in this build because I forgot to pay for versatile weapon on the spear) It's been addressed before that Brawler's flurry does qualify you to pick up feats that require TWF, but that the effects only work when you are using a weapon you can use with Brawler's flurry. If you as the DM don't like that use of the rules. I'm totally fine altering the build a little. I can just drop the two style feats. Pick up exotic weapon and use a elven branched spear. Or use the bladed Brush combat feat. I was actually trying to be LESS chessy with this method. Also not going to lie, I like the style better. The ability to deal blunt damage with the spear is nice. Just let me know, sorry for the confusion. I can also, I suppose make the character as a fighter or ranger.
  6. HP:51/51. Aidan didn't move and instead moved to cast a ward of protection on Rand, she didn't want to burn through her spells to quickly but also didn't want to charging in yet, she knew she was sturdy but also knew she was more of a supporting power. *Casts protection from evil on Rand.
  7. Rin Shuson Appearance: Rin has a pair of dark grey eyes and black hair normally kept out of the way in a messy bun atop her head. Short but athletic and solidly built, she normally tries for loser fitting clothing and a collection of sash's and scarfs. Personality: Rin has a strong no-nonsense demeanor but never really goes into being rude or a hardass. And she has a perfectly normal if not some what sarcastic or dark sense of humor. Above all else she has a strong moral compass not so much always thinking she's right but always knowing when something seems wrong and not being a person that will be quite about it, she's dependable and trusting to her friends and allies but a bit standoffish to people she does not know. Background: Rin comes from a long line of steadfast dependable boring town guards and constables. Even the members of her family who don't follow this career path tend to take ones that are not far removed, caravan guards, Body guards. A long history of wood working, shield making and spear making also follows her family. And at any time her family has one person who teaches the families specifically style of fighting. And while not considered world famous it has always kept them in good safety. The shipwreck put all of this in a bit of bind for Rin however, separated from her family, she tried her best to make herself useful wood working being somewhat useful and a strong defender being useful, but she is quickly understanding that she might need to be more proactive.
  8. Velka AC:18. HP:11. FT:3. RF:8. WP:1. Velka sneered a moment at the sentiment, not at Derek mind you but she also quickly stopped, not wanting to offend she was she knew bad at hiding her emotions or intentions, and spoke up a bit this time trying her best to sound 'adult' instead of her normal voice. "Oi don't want or need redempshun... Or revenge, Oi just need what Gaedren does to stop... Pharasma can decide on redempshun or punishment." She clearly lost her nerve again a moment "As for me... Called Velka, An'.. Oi suppose I'm gand at gettin' into places Oi'm not suppose to be and hurting people. Not much use pass that." The latter half didn't sound like a boast. Rather what sounded like a hint of guilt in it.
  9. Velka AC:18. HP:11. FT:3. RF:8. WP:1. Velka had done her best to not be involved in the conversation so far, coming in and standing behind everyone and anything she could for the toast. While paradoxically trying not to look like a kicked dog. Likewise downing a drink and almost choking in the process before finally speaking up in a robust gravely but feminine timbre. Responding to Selena's@DarkNetWerk comment on the use of children and extent the crime lords use them. "Uses children yes, Oi worked... Wus owned by... Did horrible things for him." She sounded down right discussed and clearly a hit afraid, who wouldn't be admitting to a room full of people who clearly had grievance with the crime lord that you had worked for them and done there dirty work. "Used as pawns an' gurriers, thieves an' worse, even as a child you inflict 'is evils on the city." It had been a while since Velka's 'falling out' but she still looked like she had a foot in the grave. Not filthy but not clean and with half healed scars and scabs still on her neck and face. The clothing not being formal more like that of a common thug who had just cleaned up and left the weapons at home.
  10. HP: 51/51 Aidan groaned as she moved up a bit and prepared to hurl a spell. "Well what a bother. But I suppose a bit of exercise is in order." Preforming her incantation and producing what appeared to be a spear made of pure glowing light before throwing it at the undead caster. Ranged Touch Attack Damage Show this That's casting Spear of Purity. Also sorry was a bit slapped by work.
