Jaxi Cross the bridge hoping that the material doesn't ruin her fur too much. Zyx A brave warrior fears no foul sticky material, so obviously Zyx ventures forth across the bridge. Ygg Ygg overwhelmed the group is finding more survivors. "Oh thank goodness! We're dropping like flies out here. PLEASE help! Does anyone know a way out?!" He continues you look for more survivors trapped in gel. Gelbur Gelbur waits for the others to start their journey across the accursed bridge and hangs back to observe. OOC that's Jaxi's STR check for that first roll.

Tough process. Sorry to those in Tier 2. Hope I can game with those that didn't make it in another thread down the line! Genuinely some great stuff in there and everyone should be proud of their concepts and builds.

Jaxi Readjusting her gear and checking her bows string Jaxi finally takes a second to investigate the can she recieved earlier. "I'll hold this in case we need it." She see's Zyx lunge for the drink and she twists away and stashes it into a pouch with one quick movement. Zyx Zyx having no mind for anyone's personal space walks over to Jaxi and inspects the item. "Let me see! I wanna see it!" And tries to wrest it away from Jaxi, who proves too agile for him to grab the object away. Ygg Gobsmacked that the person in the goop is still alive and well Ygg let's out a gutteral and unnerving chuckle. "You're alive! You're STILL ALIVE!" Emotions well up and he chokes backs some tears. "I'm trying to save us! I'm not here to hurt you, I swear! Look at how destitute and unarmed I am. All I have is a farming hoe to defend myself. I am of a tribe and no memory of how I ended up here!" He looks to the other creatures that may be salvageable. "Come, come. Help me dig out these others." Ygg begins to dig out another one of the humanoids. "Do you know a way out of here, fair ape femme?" Gelbur Gelbur ignores Zyx's idiocy and starts to look for Ygg's gear.

I've had a heck of a week and still have plans this evening so have been spending the AM catching up on all my PbP stuff. Hope everyone's good! It's been 6 days since any posts here. Hoping me getting a post up can help keep da dream alive.

Looking behind them to make sure they didn't somehow get the drop on them, Reginleif withdraws inward a bit spooked by the whole situation. "This is concerning. We're also running short on torchlight. We should head back to the intersection and head down the right path we didn't investigate further earlier." OOC Changed my text color. Been using the dark theme and only noticed it was legible but also difficult to see at the same time.

Jaxi Letting out a low growl Jaxi frees her bowstring from her armor. "Of all the damned times to have such a massive botch..." She backs away to find safety in the chaos to right herself. Zyx Eyes wide, mouth agape the human dimwit can't believe it. He actually did something cool... He did something heroic! He felt like his talk could back up his demeanor. "...heh..hehe...HAHAHAAAAAAAA DID YOU GUYS SEE THAT?!?!?! THAT WAS SO COOL!!!!" Noticing the other works remaining he goes in for another attack. Ygg The shakes getting more impossible to supress the fearful Ygg steps closer to inspect the people in the pods. "Wh-wh-what are th-th-these? And wh-wh-why are there puh-people stuck inside them? Can... can-n I helpp them?!" He looks around more and notices the massive flies also stored in similar goop. "I have nothing to defend myself with." A fearful chorus rises inside Ygg. Pushing through he gets closer to one of the less dissolved looking humanoids and notices they have weaponry on them still which spurs Ygg to try and dig them out. "More people with me means more safety. More people with me means more safety. More people with me --" He beings to repeat to himself as he sets to work freeing the first tribes person, scooping goop as quickly as his meek personality would let him. Gelbur Taking stock of the action so far the self styled stoic stands back and watches Zyx revel in his victory, also somewhat impressed by the display. He notices his friend Jaxi having issues with her bow. "Ya hate to see it, love." And walks over to see if he can assist her. OOC Let me know if I need to do anything mechanically with Jaxi and Gelbur. Hoping she can at least get another shot this round with an assist.
