you can definitely still apply! I hate the inline string, personally. You can save the post and open the dice roller using the icon in the upper right of the post.

I did that and my stats came out *super* busted, should I reroll?

Your problem is you put repeat first and then told it to drop the lowest 1. This confused it as it rolled your 4d6 six time but then tried to do the drop the lowest one.

You have to make sure you place all the options in the order they need to be used. So put your 4d6, then do the drop option and then do the repeat option.

I think this was missed in the character creation thread but I am curious if there's anything that can be done with the rock gnome Tinker
Tinker. You have proficiency with artisan tools (tinker's tools). Using those tools, you can spend 1 hour and 10 gp worth of materials to construct a Tiny clockwork device (AC 5, 1 hp). The device ceases to function after 24 hours (unless you spend 1 hour repairing it to keep the device functioning), or when you use your action to dismantle it; at that time, you can reclaim the materials used to create it. You can have up to three such devices active at a time. When you create a device, choose one of the following options:
Clockwork Toy. This toy is a clockwork animal, monster, or person, such as a frog, mouse, bird, dragon, or soldier. When placed on the ground, the toy moves 5 feet across the ground on each of your turns in a random direction. It makes noises as appropriate to the creature it represents.
Fire Starter. The device produces a miniature flame, which you can use to light a candle, torch, or campfire. Using the device requires your action.
Music Box. When opened, this music box plays a single song at a moderate volume. The box stops playing when it reaches the song's end or when it is closed.
At your DM's discretion, you may make other objects with effects similar in power to these. The Prestidigitation cantrip is a good baseline for such effects.
trait, as it requires 50gp tinker tools and 10 gold worth of parts and I get the impression that it'll be unlikely to find one in the dungeon. I've always considered it a kinda gear flavoured prestidigitation, but RAW in needs 60gp in starter goods, so... any thoughts on how this could possibly work?

If it's a deadend that's fine too, you did mention the lack of ammo example in the game notes, though in that case I'd like to change the gnome type to either forest or Dragonmarked, and change her name to something like Sparklerune or Sparkleleaf accordingly :)

I’m obviously not positive what will be available in the dungeon since I won’t even know corridors until we get to them. If you Want to make those changes, it’s cool with me.
