vengeance Even Better (Evil (Bad)) party building

I thought I would put up a space for the vengeance group to sort out any overlapping backstories and/or sort any mechanical issues before we start in on the story.

 

It may be easiest to start with a quick one line synopsis of the character's backstory and role. We can look for connections and stuff from there.

Brief backstory synopsis: Noble, works for the Dotari. 'Promoted' to Longacre to get rid of him.

Role: dex-based flanker/skillmonkey

Relationship to Cimri: sometimes co-conspirator/helper, sometimes snitch depending on who's paying more/etc.

Brief backstory synopsis: Recently (within past year) released prisoner and former pirate captured by Chelish navy. Now lives in Longacre and works as performer in tavern and general troublemaker when heads need bashing. In my mind she's worked for Cimri once or twice in the past. Very much not a noble! Kind of crazy but usually a fun kind of crazy. Occasionally things go a bit too far...

Role: Set up right now as a skald, but adjusting to better fit in with party. Might change to bard. More likely, change to spell warrior skald.

Brief Backstory Synopsis: Sent away from her hometown for fighting to much and made to be a leather makers apprentice she has instead been working for the past few years as an enforcer and general muscle for the people running the local racket. She is loyal to whomever has shown her that they can make proper use of her abilities.

Role: Muscle, melee fighter.

Synopsis: Grew up in a small, no-name town to a poor family led by a deadbeat dad. Learned to be willing to step on others in order to get to the top. Heard that Cheliax needs warm bodies to suppress discontent and is here to hopefully impress Cheliax and rise.

Role: Frontliner that *can* do some face stuff, but isn't a substitute for a dedicated face.

Relationship with Cimri: Sticking with her as a companion until she's no longer useful
