Ability Scores

I'm going to drop the 10 and just take the rest of them in order:

STR - 13
DEX - 11
CON - 12
INT - 18
WIS - 12
CHA - 14

I don't see anything about which races are acceptable, so... I'll just roll for that too:

1-15 Dwarf
15-25 Elf
26-30 Gnome
31-40 Half-Elf
41-45 Half-Orc
46-60 Halfling
61-90 Human
91-100 Uncommon Race

STR - 14 (13 base, +1 ability increase)
DEX - 12 (11 base, +1 ability increase)
CON - 14 (12 base, +2 race)

I'll roll for class too, but clearly I should play something Intelligence focused, a random character should be fun, not a suicide pact. I'll put my finger on the scale a bit for investigator, since I like that class. So here are my choices:

Wow, my random options are surprisingly cohesive and functional. Let's see if I can injure myself with a couple drawbacks. I won't reprint them this time, but note that I'm taking them alphabetically from this list.

So that's Bitter and Zealous. Once again, decent options.

That gives me 4 traits. I'll pick two myself and leave two of them up to chance. I will roll for which types of traits I should pick, from this list (removing regional, as it may conflict with my regional feat):

Ok, so Combat, Equipment, Faith and Religion. I'll roll for Equipment & Faith, and pick for Combat & Religion.
Equipment Trait - Prehensile Whip (hmm, now I need to get proficiency for it...)
Faith Trait - St. Clydwell's Ward (I'll defer to the GM on whether I am allowed to have this one. I doubt my dwarf investigator could be called a crusader, but dwarves live a long time, so who knows)

Now let's see if the dice can give me something really weird... its familiar time! 105 options on this page, taking them alphabetically.
Familiar -> Ermine, booring. But I'll take it.
 

I've got 4 1st level extracts (well, 5 with my INT bonus). How about... 2 of them are random?
