artsmythe Posted March 29 Clone Share Posted March 29 Yes, that's what the GM said originally. The question, though, is how the groups are determined. Will the GM decide? Will Merlin decide? Or will we have to figure this out among ourselves? If we had to decide, I would say that Moana and Milo are our two water experts and should not be in the same group. Groups should be built around them and their mission objectives. I also think that Merida and Kronk shouldn't be in the same group as they have the most experience with our . They are also our most formidable "tanks". Having one of them available to each group would increase each group's chances of success. I would also suggest that each group should have a rogue available to them. Rapunzel in one group and Eilonwy in the other. Eilonwy is also our Black Cauldron specialist. Obviously she would need to be in the group assigned to retrieve that artifact. Next we need leaders. Moana and Merida seem to be the most decisive and IMO would be able to get the group moving. However, Kronk seems to have potential in this area, too. "Faces" may also be useful on these missions. Moana is the unquestioned powerhouse in that area based on CHA. rapunzel and Mickey come in next. And those are my suggestions, assuming we have a say in the matter. My main concern is using a bow underwater. Disadvantage ask the time would suck. Other than that I'm fine with whatever. Ayeba Posted April 3 Clone Share Posted April 3 Thematically, Moana should probably belong in the second category since it's about the ocean and she's a water mage. For me as a player, it doesn't matter; I'm up for either. There is also the class/party balance aspect. I would love to roleplay with Mickey, but from a party balance perspective it's probably better to place one sorcerer in each group. Similarly, we have two rogues (Rapunzel & Princess Eilonwy). I count only 8 characters: Moana, Rapunzel, Aurora, Mickey, Kronk, Merida, Eilonwy and Milo. If we have lost player (Milo / Master_enceladus), there will only be 3 and 4 in each party. But if magic will cancel some underwater bow issues, Merida would choose sundail because exploring an underwater world is something she'd jump at because when else would she get to do this sort of opportunity? Also they were involved with discovering the sundail was stolen, so wanting to see that through makes sense.
