Dmerilo comes to the intersection and a light flares- actually its a just a glow from some weird glowing nanites shifting about on a humanoid form, but its so dark in here-. There's another cultist body at his feet. "You have only come to your doom."

Round 1 Lavinia, Kaeon, and Menelas May Act

- Dmerilo needs a Will 22 v being Shaken. The Jangly Man's voice and the weird shifting, glowing nanites are hypnotic.

* Dmerilo rages and runs at the Jangly Man.... but something comes out of the wall and intercepts him. Four somethings, actually.

I forgot to add this. You can roll this and retconn your action, if you wish.

Mysticism (Identify Creature) 27

A kind of incorporeal undead, an oblivion shade comes into existence when an evil being dies in the throes of utter nihilism. With that negativity burning in its heart, the miserable soul rises again as an oblivion shade.
Oblivion shades are animate expressions of entropy, able to disintegrate matter with a touch. Though their bodies melt away to nearly nothing, victims killed by oblivion shades often find their souls twisted, becoming oblivion shade spawn under the thrall of the original undead.
Most oblivion shades embrace devotion to the Devourer. Some function as soldiers of the Star-Eater’s cults, while others act as revered mystics and sages of the most faithful choirs. A few create their own sects by slaughtering innocents to create spawn. These “invisible choirs” are looked upon with fear and awe even by other cultists of the Devourer.

Let me know what you want to know by how well you roll.

* Lavinia casts a that protects Dmerilo against Acid good choice and Cold damage.

* Kaeon's non-magical physical attack does not affect the creature.

* The Jangly Man fires a shot at Dmerilo before stepping into the lift for cover. Lavinia's spell keeps him from suffering much damage.

* Green and Red go after Kaeon, but can't get though his defenses.

* Blue caresses Dmerilo. It's touch scours the vesk's armor a bit.
