I don't think Wolf would want to hack a cell phone inside of a bar. At best, she would want to access public records on her cell phone and see if she can pull-up the relevant data on Badge. Failing that, she would just talk to him.

should I roll for hack? Because I think Wolf wouldn't let something like privacy stop her. Not that she is trying to hack his phone, just find his phone number.

I'd like to inform you that Wolf knew what she was doing. But she likes to punish people for being ambiguous uses other's ambiguity to her advantage.

Wolf Wolf looks up in the direction Duncan points to and notices Badge walking toward the person in question. If we are going to do this job right, we need to set-up some communication channels. It would be really useful to speak to him right about now. She looks back at the young man she is sharing a table with. "Are you pretty knowledgeable about the shops around here? As in, if I give you a name would you know where that shop is?" As a bartender passes by, she orders herself a drink and a refill for Duncan.
