I always assume that the first one is the valid one (unless there's advantage/disadvantage on the roll). Liene has an equine lower body with this penalty to climbing: Additionally, any climbing that requires hands and feet is difficult because of your equine legs. When climbing this way, each foot of movement costs you 5 ft. of speed. She can normally cover 40 ft. per round. Am I right, then, in assuming she could move about 7 feet per round (since 8 feet of movement would drop her speed to 0)? That would equate to...70 ft/min? Though I suppose Sith could just rule she gets disadvantage on a climb check. I'm thinking we're too little for something like a flying or floating spell. I don’t think I would need to take any check at disadvantage for Liene since the book specifically states no checks are needed for PS’s because of how many hand and foot holds there are.
